Exchange and Return Policy
Dear customer, we would like to inform you that we will be happy to return or exchange any unwanted or unused product. Please review our return and exchange policy.
Cancel order
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:
- Payment Failure
The customer was more than (1) hour late paying through the Sadad payment system. - If the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect, the contact information was incorrect, or the customer was unreachable.
- The customer was not present or was late receiving their order for more than 7 days to receive their order paid online for the in-store pick-up service.
- The customer was not present or was late for more than 48 hours to receive their order when choosing to pay in-store for the in-store pick-up service.
- Customer Cancellation: To proceed with the order cancellation process, you must contact us first.
- You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:
- If the order has not been delivered or shipped to you.
- If the specifications do not meet the main and important points.
- A defect or fault exists in the product.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Consumers have the right to return the product if it does not meet the specifications and does not include the key points that are important to be aware of, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product that is unrelated to the installation method, unless the installation was performed by the company. You can request a refund/refund within (4) days of receiving the product.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction during the replacement period, please contact customer service and report the malfunction so that we can contact the agent to send a technician from their side and submit a report to us. You will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the report. For faster service, you can contact the agent using the purchase invoice.
- In the event of a refund paid by credit card, the customer must contact the bank. The company is not responsible for the refund period to the customer’s account.
- In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a manufacturer’s defect, damage during delivery, or delivery of an incorrect/incorrect product, no additional shipping or bank transfer fees will be charged. In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer’s preferences change), the customer will be charged a 2% loading and unloading fee of the invoice value, with a minimum of 100 riyals within Jeddah. Distance is calculated for orders outside Jeddah.
- When preparing to return a product, the product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and accompanying instruction manuals, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that contain scratches, are damaged due to misuse, or are faulty due to the use of an incorrect voltage. We reserve the right to accept returns for products that do not meet the above criteria.
Exceptions.
- Products given as gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
