Warranty and Maintenance
- Products sold by us are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty begins from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is the agent’s warranty and does not cover customer misuse.
- You must read the owner’s manual before using the product to ensure it complies with safety and security standards and local electrical requirements.
- All electrical appliances we sell are designed to operate on a 220-240 volt range unless otherwise specified. If you do not have the appropriate space to operate the product using this voltage/electrical source, we advise you not to use the product. Products damaged due to the use of an incorrect electrical source will not be accepted under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
- All products sold in our showrooms have passed quality inspections and are considered ready for use upon shipment. If there is any problem with the product within (7) days of receiving it, we advise you to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia directly to request a repair. You can also contact us to find out the manufacturer’s authorized service centers, their locations, and contact information.
- Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
- The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for the Website at any time without prior notice. You can access the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on the Website. If you do not accept the amendments to the Terms and Conditions, you must cease using our Services. If you continue to use this Service, you implicitly agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions for Use of this Website.
- Basic Conditions and Requirements for Exchanging Any Item
- The original purchase invoice must be attached.
The device to be exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its packaging accessories.
Exchange must be made within a maximum of 4 days from the invoice date, subject to the above conditions.
The customer is not entitled to exchange, return, or refuse to receive the product if the product model approved by the Saudi Standards and Metrology Organization has expired, due to the company’s inability to resell the product to another customer. The warranty is the agent’s warranty, not the company’s warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse by the customer. Returns or exchanges are accepted for devices that were opened from the box without use within 7 days of the purchase date, after deducting the following percentages: - 15% for devices that were opened from the box without use.
- 30% for devices that were unpacked and used only once within 7 days of the purchase date.
- We regret that we will not return or exchange products in the following cases:
- A product that has been unused and in its original packaging for more than 15 days.
- A product that has been used for more than 7 days.
- A product that was installed by an external contractor with the customer’s knowledge (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
- Products with defects or faults resulting from misuse or storage (such as breakage, scratches, misuse, etc.), which are determined based on the maintenance team’s inspection of the device.
- Additional shipping fees will be added if the delivery area is more than 60 km from major cities.
- The customer must ensure the condition of the device, inspect it, and review its contents upon receipt. After receiving the device, the company will not be responsible for any defects, breakages, or damage.
- The customer must prepare the site before installation to avoid disruption to the delivery and installation process. Customers should review the operating manual included with the device and familiarize themselves with the operating process and device specifications to ensure optimal results. If they have any questions, they should contact the seller, showroom supervisor, or technical support department.
- Customers must read the exchange and return policy and warranty booklet before purchasing any product. Once you purchase a product or complete a transaction with the company, you agree to all terms. You can ask our staff or call customer service for any details before purchasing.
